WHAT IS SLAVA RETURN POLICY?
In the case of online shopping, an individual has the right to return the product (which is understood as informing us about it and shipping the items back to us) within 14 days after the receipt of the ordered product.  

HOW DO I START THE RETURN PROCESS?
Come to one of our stores or:
- send an e-mail to info@slavavarsovia.com specifying the order number and the product that you wish to return.
- send the item you wish to return together with a filled-in and signed return form, the receipt or a proof of payment to:

HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The refund is usually completed within no longer than 14 days after the returned items have reached the warehouse.
The form of the refund depends on the payment method selected upon the placement of the order. 

DO I GET A REFUND OF THE SHIPPING COSTS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you withdraw from the purchase, you bear the cost of shipping the items back to us.
The refund of shipping costs that you paid together with the order price (the shipment from us to you) will be fully refunded. We do not refund the costs of international shipments.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. If you realize you have made a mistake or if you change your mind, please contact us at info@slavavarsovia.com
